1. Information We Collect

We may collect contact information, shipping and billing addresses, order preferences, products ordered, order status, and limited payment-method details returned by an approved payment provider, such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration month and year. We do not collect or store card security codes and the website database must not store full card or bank-account numbers.

2. Why We Use It

Information is used to authenticate accounts, display shop preferences, process and fulfill orders, provide receipts and necessary order or shipping updates, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve shop reliability. Promotional emails are optional and require separate consent.

3. Guest Checkout

Guest checkout information is not saved in browser local storage or reused as a saved profile. When a guest submits an order, the information is securely retained with the order only as needed for payment arrangements, fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.

4. Storage and Security

Private shop data is stored in protected database tables tied to the authenticated user ID. Database row-level security prevents signed-in users from reading or changing another user’s records. Server-side order creation recalculates prices from the product database and does not trust totals or user IDs sent by the browser. Secrets and service-role keys must remain in server-side environment variables and must never be placed in frontend JavaScript.

5. Payment Providers

When online payment is enabled, payment details must be collected by an approved provider such as Stripe or PayPal. The shop may receive a provider customer or payment reference and limited card summary, but not the card security code. The current checkout page records an order request and does not collect payment.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information or publish it. Information may be shared only with service providers needed for authentication, payment, production, shipping, hosting, email delivery, security, or legal compliance, and only to the extent needed for those services.

7. Retention and Your Controls

Signed-in users can view, edit, or delete saved addresses and checkout preferences in Shop Account Settings. Users may request deletion of shop account data. Some order records may need to be retained for fulfillment, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal requirements.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the Crazy Films Shop are considered final.

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind
• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Incorrect colours, quantities or products selected by the customer
• Items that are no longer wanted
• Duplicate orders placed by the customer
• Minor differences in colour, placement or appearance caused by screen settings or the manufacturing process
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered or used
• Custom-made, personalized, limited-edition or pre-order merchandise

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product information, sizing details, quantities, prices, shipping information and item IDs before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

This no-returns policy does not apply when:

• An item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item is delivered
• The wrong size or design is delivered because of an error made by us or our merchandise provider
• Part of the order is missing
• A refund, replacement or cancellation is otherwise required by applicable law

Customers must report an eligible order issue within seven calendar days of delivery.

The report must include:

• The customer's full name
• The order number
• The affected item's page or product ID
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the item, packaging and damage or error

Claims submitted without sufficient information or evidence may take longer to review.

3. Available Resolutions

After reviewing an eligible claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

• A replacement item
• A corrected item
• A refund for the affected item
• A partial refund when appropriate
• Another reasonable resolution agreed upon with the customer

The available resolution may depend on product availability, the nature of the problem and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Customers must not return or mail an item unless they have received written return instructions from the Crazy Films Shop. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

4. Incorrect Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing checkout.

Size charts and measurements should be reviewed carefully because sizing may differ between products or manufacturers. Selecting the wrong size does not qualify an order for a return, refund or exchange unless the item received is different from the size shown in the order confirmation.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after checkout.

Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production, been prepared for shipment or been shipped, it cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean that the order has been cancelled. A cancellation is only confirmed when the customer receives written confirmation from the Crazy Films Shop.

Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law will continue to apply.

6. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Customers should contact us immediately after placing an order if they notice an address error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If tracking shows that an order is delayed, lost or delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should contact the delivery carrier and the Crazy Films Shop as soon as possible.

We will review the available tracking and order information and provide assistance where reasonably possible. Any resolution will depend on the circumstances, carrier information and applicable law.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card provider or payment service. Shipping charges are not normally refundable unless the refund is related to an error made by us, a defective product or another circumstance requiring reimbursement.

9. Product Appearance

Product photographs and digital mock-ups are provided for reference.

Actual colours, print placement, sizing and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, product materials and manufacturing differences. Minor variations that do not affect the normal use of the product are not considered defects.

10. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove, restrict or replace any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws that apply to the purchase.

Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

11. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they:

• Have reviewed the product description and sizing information
• Have confirmed the correct products, quantities and shipping details
• Understand that all sales are final except where stated in this policy or required by law
• Agree to this Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Customers must accept the no-returns policy at checkout before an order can be submitted.
